I cannot be more satisfied with this clinic and the doctors, especially Dr. Iván Gómez Romero. My husband had severe diarrhea during our stay in Cancun, I was worried especially because I wasn’t even sure if he will be okay during our flight back home. I Googled clinics near the hotel and I am so glad I’ve found KuKulkan medical. Extremely professional, decent prices, and very knowledgeable and nice doctors, that speak very good English. Dr. Iván came to our hotel room in less then 45 minutes, he examined our husband thoroughly and answered all of our questions. If you are on vacation in Cancun and you need to see a doctor, don’t spend your money on the hotel doctor or go to expensive hospitals, Kukulkan Medical is the answer, especially since they come to your hotel room, the doctors are fully prepared with everything. Thank you again Dr. Iván Gómez Romero, you are such a great doctor!!

Our daughter fell at our resort pool and required sutures in her chin. The resort was not helpful at all in recommending a hospital or clinic. We are SO thankful google led us to Kukulkan Medical and Dr. Bautista. He was at our resort room within an hour. He was very thorough in explaining what he was doing and the follow up care and was able to leave us with the required Rx antibiotic ointment and bandaging. Her wound healed up nicely with minimal scarring. The office also sent over paperwork so we can submit to insurance for reimbursement. Do not hesitate, top notch care! We can’t even imagine how much worse a trip to the hospital would have been.

Very happy with the service! Had severe diahrea, something I picked up before leaving on vacation. It hit me within hours after arriving in Mexico. I waited 4 days and it wasnt getting any better. The doctor was very easy to talk with and prescribed medication. Most of the meds he could have provided for an additional cost at the clinic, but since I needed something else from the pharmacy, I choose to save a few bucks and get it at the pharmacy. Fee to see the doctor was $95 dollars, and another $85 for the meds at the pharmacy. Hotel Zone prices, but worth it. I was feeling a lot better after just 12 hours, diharea stopped, and back to my normal self after 36 hours.

I was in need of treatment due to a workers comp injury and it just so happened it had to be done while on vacation. This clinic here was so incredibly helpful, thoughtful and compassionate about what I was going through. The most professional and concerning people. The visit was quick and easy and the whole interaction was a huge relief to know it was scheduled before I even left. I needed a vaccine and they had exactly what I needed! Thank you all so much for your help!

This clinic is AMAZING! I had a medical allergy emergency and received great care from two different doctors at this clinic. The price is affordable and fair. The doctors have most medicines on hand to offer. They are incredibly knowledgable, attentive, and compassionate - 10/10 experience. I would HIGHLY recommend coming here instead of seeing a resort doctor.
